Instructions for Agent:
1. Call/WhatsApp the recipient to request them to confirm the bank account details to send their money to.
2. Then send the amount shown on the screen directly to their bank account. Upon completion, ask them to confirm they have received the payment from you.
3. If the customer confirms they have received the money from you, ask the customer to confirm receipt of payment on their end on the website (by checking a box and pressing a green "I Have Received The Money" button).
4. Once receipt of payment on the customer's end has been confirmed, you will be notified via email and paid automatically to your Dinar Box. Make sure you have received the funds in your Dinar Box before ending the call.
5. You will be paid (amount you sent to customer's bank account) + (withdrawal fee you negotiated with customer)
